CALL HANDLING PROCESS

Name-Gathering Call is made to secure names and
titles of prospective candidates from a variety
of companies.
The Name-Gathering Process is accomplished
by using different scenarios to uncover all
of the potential candidates within each
company having the desired skill set our
client is seeking. Each company is called
many times over several days, by different
callers using a different scenario to
acquire as many names as possible.
A
follow-up call is made to confirm names and
titles.

PRE-SCREENING CALL HANDLING PROCESSES
|
A
Pre-qualification Call is made to each of the
names gathered in Contact 1.
The Pre-qualification call handling process
is a conversation with any of the names
gathered who agrees to talk with us because
we have no way of knowing what their
qualifications are or interest is prior to
this phone interview. We gather such data as
i.e., How they like their current position.
What are their special qualifications (as
they relate to what our client is seeking)?
What might cause them to make a change? If
they are looking for a change, what would be
deciding factors to make a change and what
would be deal breakers.
After every name on the list is called once, we
submit the first round of candidates to our
client for analysis. Then we call the names not
reached three more times to identify more
candidates
This Contact 1 and Contact 2 combined process
can be repeated with another list of company
names until our client is satisfied with the
line-up of candidates we identify and prescreen
